Customers unable to access the Internet from 3am to 9am. 3 hours to repair and
reinitialise proxy server.
21 February 2005 - 11.05am - Power

fail. Shutdown Proxy server denying access to password file.
Estimated Cost - Lost business.
Customers unable to access the Internet from 11am to 2pm. 3 hours to repair and
reinitialise proxy server.

customers repair PC and invalidated hard drive. Internet Cafe Customer lost emails and had
to redo.

04 January 2005 - 00.03am - Power failure.
Results - Main Sever shut down and didn't reboot
after UPS reset. Customers unable to access internet until 5.30am next morning
Estimated Cost - $120 labour to
repair systems, lost business not estimated at this point.
02 January 2005 - 7.14am - Single split second power reset.
Results - Reboot PC and require repair to file system
yet again
Estimated Cost - $0.00 PC not yet

25 December 2004 - 5pm - Complete Power failure 30 minutes.
Results - Rebboted PC, repair file system. Server
& Proxy Server file systems damaged requiring repair. 2 hours repair time to
resestablish system. Mail Server corrupted, resulting in customers being unable to access
or send emails for 2 days.
Estimated Cost - $240 labour to
repair systems, lost business not estimated at this point.
24 December 2004 - 7.27am - Single split second dropout
Results - Rebooted computer, further damaging existing PC>
Estimated Cost - $0.00 PC not yet replaced
6 December 2004 -
7.55am - Two consecutive power dropouts within a 30 second period.
Results - Damaged motherboard, ram, proccessor and power supply
