12. Notices

12.1 - All notices to Amitar may be:
                    (a) posted to: Amitar Home Computer Systems
                                          Unit 1, 25 Gillam Drive
                                          KELMSCOTT WA 6111
                    (b) faxed to: Amitar Home Computer Systems
                                         (08) 9495 4905; or
                    (c) sent by electronic mail to: webmaster@amitar.com.au

12.2 - All notices to the Customer may be posted, faxed or sent by electronic mail
in accordance with the information provided by the Customer in his or her
application form.

12.3 - A notice will be deemed to be served:
                    (a) 48 hours after posting;
                    (b) on transmission by the sender (if faxed); or
                    (c) on transmission by the sender (if e-mailed).
