09. Liability Of Amitar Internet

9.1 - Except in relation to liability for personal injury (including sickness and death), Amitar
              shall be under no liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damages (including
              consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise
              directly or indirectly in respect of goods or Services supplied pursuant to this agreement
              or in respect of a failure or omission on the part of Amitar to comply with its obligations
              under this agreement.
