Terms Of Use 10 - Termination |

 10.1 - Amitar may immediately terminate
this agreement without notice or refund if the Customer
breaches
this agreement.
10.2
- Notification in writing of not less than 30 days is required for termination of
Permanent and
Semi-Permenant
Accounts.
10.3
- Amitar Internet reserves the right to terminate Permenant and Semi-Permanent accounts at
7
days beyond expiry date if payment has not been recieved at our offices. |
